The effect of Trichoderma spp. against germination speed of batok glutinous rice seeds (Oryza sativa L. var. glutinosa)

Batok glutinous rice especially local varieties, is one of the agricultural commodities that can be used as a source food. Besides having good taste, batok also not easily attacked by pests and seeds obtained. However, obstacles in utilization for varieties are long harvest time low production. Therefore, seed priming carried out utilizing biofertilizer derived from rhizosphere fungus, Trichoderma spp . function classified Plant Growth Promoting Function (PGPF) which able to stimulate plant growth producing regulators. This study aims determine response germination against spp. research an experimental using completely randomized design with 7 treatments 3 replications. The treatment given was soaking 6 types isolates 1 control soaked aquadest. data obtained were analyzed statistically ANOVA. If there significant differences, further tests DMRT α = 5%.The results indicate no effect on percentage vigor index, but speed RE best isolate increasing speed. Beras ketan khususnya varietas lokal, merupakan salah satu komoditas pertanian yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber pangan. Selain memiliki rasa enak, beras juga tidak mudah terserang hama dan bibit padi didapatkan. Namun kendala dalam pemanfaatan untuk lokal adalah waktu panen lama produksi rendah. Oleh karena itu, benih dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan pupuk hayati berasal dari cendawan rizosfer fungsi tergolong mampu merangsang pertumbuhan tanaman memproduksi zat pengatur tumbuh. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui respon perkecambahan terhadap penelitian eksperimen menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap perlakuan ulangan. Perlakuan diberikan perendaman jenis isolat kontrol direndam Data diperoleh dianalisis secara statistik Jika terdapat perbedaan signifikan, selanjutnya uji 5%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa berpengaruh nyata persentase daya berkecambah indeks vigor, namun kecepatan terbaik meningkatkan benih.
